Kaldor. 0h~trman Mo,~her of the Fire and Water Comml~te re~orted that Hfs ~atlock' J.K. ~reer, Re~,~ter PUb Co.,and J.M. MOore had been ~anted ~peci~l permits to make repairs within the fire limit~ of Eu~e. Upon motion the council approved and adopted the report. Oh~iman /~osher further reported that the 8t~ '~erminal People at the corner of 7th and Olive Street in Euf~ne,asked per~ission to extend a steel smoke stack throu~ a doorway in the prope:rty occupied by them.
