Bailey of Junction City presented a petition on be- <br />half of C.C. Holeman, ss!¢ing a rebate on the assessment of the ~roperty just <br />North of the Southern Pacifle Mal~waz Co. track and just We~t of the ~lver ~oad <br />and offered :~300 for full.~ettlement ~f such assessment.
