Lee and all men- be'rs of the Council, except Rugh and Hendershott, who were absent. Meeting call- ed to order by the Mayor. Minutes of m e stings of Sept. 13th and Sept.. 27th, read and approved. As per the call bids were opened for the sale of Series 'A-C" Improvement Bonds in the sum of $153,023.69, as follows: . Preeman Smith amd Camp Co. As per the call bids were opened for the construct ion of curbs on Klncald Street from 18th t® 19th Avenues, as follows: C. ~.McKy $506.25 W.W. Hea~ Const. Co. 540.00 Said bids were referred to the Street Committee and it asked for ff~rther time in whloh to report. As per the call bids were opened for the construction of a sewer in the alley between Lawrence and LincoLn Sts. from Cheshire St. North, as follows: Yunker Wiecks and Co. $681.60 Oscar Snow 590.88 Nautico Marqu ~s 654.16 C · G. WoKy ' 585.12 Such bids were referred to the Street Co,nitres for report amd it reported favorably on the bid of C.G. MoKM at $585.12. On motion, such report was ~opted ~d the Mayor ~d Recorder were instructed to enter into a contract with such successful bidder for such contnaeb work. As per the call bids were opened for the con~tructlon of a Storm Sewer in the alley between 4th and §th Aves. from Jefferson to Blair Sts., as follows: Oscar Snow. $720.80 Maur lc e Marqu is s 1004.50 Such bids were referred to the Sewer CoMmittee for report and it reported favor- ably on the bld of Oscar Snow at $720.80. 0n motion Such report was adopted and the Mayor and Recorder were instructed to enter ln~o a con$~t wl~h such successful bidder for such contract work. As per the call bids were opened for the construction of a semer on 24th Ave. from alley west of Agate St. to alley east of Columbia St. as follows: Oscar Snow $861.75 Maurlc· Marquiss 997.50 Such bi~s were referred to the Sewer Committee for report and it reported favor- ably em the bid of Oscar Snow at $861.75. On motion such report was adopted and the Mayor and Recorder were instructed to enter into a contract ~ith such successful bidder for. such contract w~rk.
