W. Head Construction Co, <br /> <br /> An estimate for the improvement of University St. from 23rd to 25th Aves., <br />was made by the City Engineer, and on roll call ordered paid in the sum of $661.9,3 <br />to EugEne Sand and Gravel Co. <br /> <br /> Aa estimate for the improvement of the sewer on 24th Avenue between A~ate <br />and Col,~mbia Sts. was made by the City Engineer, and on roll call ordered paid <br />in the sum of $862.85 to Oscar Snow. <br /> <br /> An estimate for the improvement of a sewer ia the alley bet. Lawrence and <br />Washington St o from 19th to 22nd Aves., was made by the Clt:~ Engineer and on <br />roll call ordered paid in the sum of $1514.09 to W.W.
