Be it further resolved that th~ City F~gine~r ln~nedlately prepare plans and specifications for suet improvement w,~rk, and the City Recorder advertise for competitive bids for such improvement work. Be it further resolved that the sa~ work be done by the City and that the same be paid for from the ~tnergency Fund.
