The following resolution was offere~ and unanimously carrled~ <br /> <br />R E S 0 L U T I 0 N <br /> <br /> BE IT R~SOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Eugene that the <br />City of Eugexe reconstruct a sewer between Will,matte Street and Oak <br />Street from the ~azoh to the Sewer on 17th Avenue. <br /> <br /> B· it flurther Resolved that the City Engineer i~uediatel¥ prepare <br />plans ami s~eciflcations for such Lmprovement work, and the City Reco¥.der <br />advertise for competitive bi~,~ fo,r such improvement work. <br /> <br /> Be it further Nesolved that the said work be dome by the City and <br />that the same be pail for from the sewer fund. <br /> <br />The following resolution was offered and unanimously adopted: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION. <br /> <br /> Whereas, He~etsfo~e, a sidewalk has been constructed abutting upon <br />L~ts 71, 72, 7~, and 74, of ~ster~s Addition to Eugme, e~d the charge <br />for making the same is $1.88.00, which was dispute~ by the property owner to <br />the extent of $28.00, of said sum, a.~d peniing upon sail dispute the $160.00 <br />which was undisputed was pai~ over to the ,~ntractor, W.W. Head Construction <br />Company, a~d the contractor having, by the hereto ~nexe~ letter r~leased <br />any further olmim to the s~tt $28.00 in ~ispute. <br /> <br /> THERM~'ORE, Be it Resolved that the said assessment shall go through <br />as of $160.00 an~ that E. ~.
