The City Attorney spoke on the Bancroft Law as a.mended by the last Leg%.~lature and explained its manner of operation. ~{e also explained the new law relative to foreclosure ~f city Loins and explatn~d its operation. A letter was 'read from the Water Boar4 as to fire hydrants o~ the Pacific H.i~ay amd~ the s~e discussed. The Viewers presented an ~ende~ report om the prop,~sed opening of Taylor Street from 6th 2o 10th AveS., and on motiom, it was unanimously adoi>ted and an Ordiaa.mee adopting said report was ordered prepared. A p~tltion was filed asking a sewer be c~nst~oted on Harri~ Street between 22n,t, amd 24th Avenues..
