WhEreas E.B.Parks, theYa~or of the City of Eugene, has tendered to the Common Council bls resignation to take effect immediately. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C05~0N COUNCIL O~ THE CITY O~ EUGENE, That the resignation of the Mayor, E.O.Parks be and the same is hereby accept- ed. Be it further resolved that the Common Council does hereby extend to the retiring M~ r its thanks on behalf of the municipality for eleven year~s service rendered the citY,-and its best wishes for success.
