CouncilMan Wllliemson also spoke on the needs of the <br />Street Department for a new flusher, two pick-up trucks, one auto .roadster~ one <br />steel-Jacketed asphalt mixer and one 12 H.P. electric motor for mixer. It <br />wa~ .. moved. :.and carried that bids be a~ked for such equipment and the Recorder <br />we~r instrqeted to advertise fro bids therefor for a meeting to be held Feb- <br />rUar¥ 15, 1.926, at 7.30 o~clook P.M. <br /> <br /> The City Engineer submitted a maP on the proposed opening of 12th Avenue <br />from Willamette to Ollve S~s. and the matter of the width of such proposed <br />street was discuSSed. It waS decided on motion viewers should be appointed to <br />make estimates as to costs thereon for either a full width street or a narrow <br />street and report in advance Of the Engineer filing his plat. W,E. Powell, <br />Bert Prescott and John T. Evans were appoints as such viewers, <br /> <br /> <br />
