On motion, the report of said Com- mittee was adopted. A petition was received-to pave 4tl~ Avenue from Blair Blvd. to West City Limits. Such matter was referred 'to the Street Committee for report. A petition was received to pave CharneLton Street from 13th to lYth Avenues. Such ~.~atter was re~erred to the Street-~o,.nmittee f~r report., The Street C,~mmittee recommended that the f~l.l,~wing improveme~ts be m~e In accordance with the petitions hereto filed, viz:- 23rd AVenue from Spring Boulevard to Alder Street. Alley between Will~ette and Olive Sts. from 6th to 10th Avenues. The construction of a cement sidewalk on both the north and east sides ef the property located at gl0 Alder Street.
