The m°tion w~s declared csrried and the Mayor and ~ecorder were instructed to enter into a contract with the successful bidder for such construct ion work. A petition was received to pave Oak Street from 13th Avenue to 14th Avenue. Such rna'tier was referred to the Street Co~mmittee. Said matter was, on motion, referr~i to the Chief. of Police for attention. A Petition was received for a street light' at the co~ner of 2.0th Average and Lawrence Street. Said matter was r~f~rred to the Fire and Water Committee.
