ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO, 53-04-06-F <br /> of the <br /> City Manager <br /> <br /> AMENDING FIRST AID AND MEDICAL TRANSPORT <br /> VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEES AND REPEALING <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 53-93-32-F. <br /> <br /> The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> <br /> A. Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, 1971 authorizes the City Manager to determine <br />and set fees and charges to be imposed by the City for services, goods, use of municipal property, <br />and licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> B. In accordance with the procedures set forth therein, Administrative Order No. 53-93- <br />32-F was issued on December 15, 1993 establishing First Aid and Medical Transport Vehicle <br />Registration fees. <br /> <br /> C. Based on the findings contained in Administrative Order No. 53-04-06 issued on June <br />25, 2004, I proposed to amend the First Aid and Medical Transport Vehicle registration fee and to <br />repeal Administrative Order No. 53-93-32-F. <br /> <br /> D. Notice of the proposed amendment was provided to the Mayor and City Councilors <br />and currently registered First Aid and Medical Transport Vehicle owners/operators. The Notice was <br />also posted at two locations at City Hall and was made available for inspection at the office of the <br />City Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon, and provided interested persons an opportunity of <br />not less than 15 days from the first date of posting to submit comments thereon. No comments were <br />received within the time and manner required by the Notice. <br /> <br /> Based on the above f'mdings, which are hereby adopted, and pursuant to the authority of <br />Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, 1971, <br /> <br /> I hereby order that: <br /> <br /> 1. Administrative Order No. 53-93-32-F is repealed, as of the effective date of this <br />Order. <br /> <br /> 2. A registration fee of $60.00 is hereby established for First Aid and Medical Transport <br />Vehicles, as of the effective date of this Order. <br /> <br /> Dated and effective this~ day of Jul~Nl004. ~ <br /> <br /> Dennis M.
