Notwithstanding the provisions of Admin/strative Rule R-2.018, the amount of the administrative civil penalty to be assessed under Section H shall be &term/ned in accordance with the following formula: (a) The dollar amount of the assessment is calculated by multiplying the amount of the BASE (subsection (b)) by the MULTIPLIER (subsection (c)) and multiplyhg that by $20.00. That is: Penalty = Base x Multiplier x $20 Penalty = H(V+C) x G x $20 Notwithstandhag th/s formula, the maximum assessment for a violation for a s/ngle day shall be that established as the maximmn amount that may be assessed under Section 2.018 of the Eugene Code, 1971 ha effect at the t/me the violation occurs. (b) The BASE ks "H" multipl/ed by the sum of"V" plus "C" where: 1. "H" is the history of the actions and efforts undertaken by the responsible party to correct the violation.
