Articles in Stormwater Connections typically address <br />seasonal or current issues and include one page of interest for younger citizens. <br /> <br />Copies of the newsletter are now available electronically at www.eugene-or.gov/happyrivers, and paper copies have <br />been placed in the City Manager’s Office. Eugene residents can also expect to receive the newsletter delivered via <br />mail next week.
