7:30 p.m. CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> Council Chamber, City Hall <br /> <br /> <br />1.PUBLIC FORUM <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor: <br />The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the City <br />Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have already <br />been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium, <br />please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward if <br />known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light <br />will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red <br />light indicates the end of three minutes. <br /> <br />Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />2. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> <br />(Note: Time permitting, action on the Consent Calendar may be taken at <br /> the 5:30 p.m. work session.) <br />AApproval of Tentative Working Agenda <br /> . <br /> B. Ratification of Intergovernmental Relations Committee Minutes of <br /> March 9, 2011, and March 16, 2011 <br /> <br /> City Council President: <br />I move to approve the items on the Consent <br /> Calendar. <br /> <br /> Roll Call Vote <br /> <br /> <br />3.PUBLIC HEARING: <br /> Envision Eugene <br /> <br /> Manager: <br /> Introduces topic, presents background information. <br /> <br /> Mayor opens the public hearing: <br /> Those wishing to speak during the Public <br />Hearing must submit a completed “Request to Speak” form to the information <br />desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing.
