Call to Order and Review Agenda <br /> <br />Mr. Poling called the meeting of the Council Committee on Intergovernmental Relations (CCIGR) to order. <br /> <br />Ms. Wilson added consideration of Senate Bill 0976 to the agenda. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />Ms. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Clark, moved to approve the committee minutes of March 9, <br />2011. The motion passed unanimously, 3:0. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Review Pending Legislation <br /> <br /> <br />The committee reviewed a list of bills pulled from pending legislation by committee members for further <br />discussion. Committee votes, if any, are recorded below: <br /> <br />House Bill 3597 (pulled by Poling) <br /> <br />Mr. Clark, seconded by Mr. Poling, moved to change the City’s position on House Bill <br />3597 to Neutral. The motion passed unanimously, 3:0. <br /> <br />Senate Bill 0976 (pulled by Wilson) <br /> <br />Mr. Clark, seconded by Mr. Poling, moved to take a position of Priority 1, Support on <br />Senate Bill 0976. The motion passed unanimously, 3:0. <br /> <br />Ms. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Clark, moved to adopt the staff recommendation for priorities <br />and recommendations for all bills not pulled for discussion for this meeting and the <br />committee action for all bills that were discussed and acted on at this meeting.
