codes adopted pursuant to Chapter 8 of this code. <br />(5) Structures and related guy wires and ground anchors shall comply with setback <br />standards of the zone in which they are located. <br />(6) Unless a conditional use permit is approved, the antenna structure shall be <br />accessory to the main use of the property on which it is located. <br />(7) whether the antenna is attached to another structure or building, or is free- <br />standing, a development permit shall be obtained prior to installation. <br />Documentation may be required that verifies compliance with applicable codes <br />and standards. <br />(S) The antenna structure shall be in compliance with other applicable standards of <br />the zone wherein it will be located. <br />9.5100 Bed and Breakfast Standards <br />(1) AG Agricultural and R-1 Low-Density Residential Zones: <br />(a) The facility shall maintain an up -to -date guest register. <br />(b) The facility shall be owner- occupied. <br />(c) The length of stay for guests shall be a maximum of 30 consecutive nights. <br />(d) The number of guest bedrooms shall be limited to 2, with a maximum total <br />of 5 guests at any one time. <br />(e) Signing shall be limited to one non - illuminated wall sign with a maximum <br />area of 1 %a square feet. <br />(f) There - shall be at least 400 feet of separation in all directions between <br />facilities. This includes, for example, a 400 foot separation from existing <br />bed and breakfast facilities in commercial zones. <br />(2) R -2 Zone: <br />(a) The facility shall maintain an up -to -date guest register. <br />(b) The facility shall be owner- occupied. <br />(c) The length of stay for guests shall be a maximum of 30 consecutive nights. <br />(d) The number of guest bedrooms shall be limited to 4. <br />(e) Signing shall be limited to one non - illuminated wall sign with a maximum <br />area of 1 %z square feet. <br />(3) R -3 and R4 Zones: <br />(a) Total number of guest bedrooms plus the owner or innkeeper's unit shall <br />be limited to the number of dwelling units otherwise permitted in these <br />zones. <br />(b) Signing shall be limited to 1 freestanding or wall sign with a maximum <br />area of 1 %z square feet. <br />9.5150 Collection Center Collection of Used Goods Standards <br />(1) Collection of used goods shall be conducted in connection with collection <br />centers as defined in this land use code. <br />(2) Traffic circulation and vision clearance (both on -site and at entry locations) <br />shall not be impeded by the collection center's location, donated materials <br />Ordinance - 177 <br />
