A <br />Parking g <br />single -story street level parking garage may not occupy the street frontage <br />of a multiple- family development, except for parking garage driveways. <br />(d) Criteria for Adustment Adjustments to the standards in this subsection <br />may be made, based on the criteria of EC 9.8030(8)(f). <br />(13) on -Site Pedestrian Circulation. Multiple- family developments shall provide <br />safe on -site pedestrian circulation according to EC 9.6730 Pedestrian <br />Circulation on -site. <br />(14) Recycling and Garbage Areas. Multiple - family developments shall provide <br />recycling facilities that meet EC 9.5650 Rec clip - Collection Facili <br />Standards, and screening for outdoor storage areas and garbage collection areas <br />according to EC 9.6740 Recycling. and Garbage Screening. <br />9.5600 Recreational Vehicle Parks Standards. The following development standards <br />apply to recreational vehicle parks: <br />(1) Front yard screening shall consist of an area 10 feet wide, with landscaping <br />according to EC 9.6210(2) Low Screen Landscape Standard (L -2). <br />(2) Maximum stay: 90 consecutive nights. <br />(3) Minimum staff 1 resident manager. <br />9.5650 Recycling-Small Collection Facilily Standards. A small collection recycling <br />facility may provide source separated collection of recyclable materials more <br />particularly described in Chapter 3 of this code and adopted administrative rules, <br />subject to the following standards: <br />(1) Collection Containers: Collection containers shall be in compliance with the <br />requirements for size, color and type in administrative rules adopted under <br />Chapter 3 of this code. If containers provide an opening to the elements of <br />greater than 2 square feet they must be situated under a covered structure and <br />enclosed on 3 sides in order to protect users from the elements, minimize <br />blowing debris, and meet requirements of the State Structural Specialty Code. <br />(2) Sites: Shall be kept neat and clean. <br />(3) Signage: Appropriate signage shall be placed at the site that conform to <br />regulations in this land use code. Signs shall include the name and telephone <br />number of the party responsible for collection at the site, preparation standards <br />for materials collected at the site, and scheduled collection times. <br />(4) Traffic Circulation and Vision Clearance: The collection center's location, <br />donated materials storage, or any other activities associated with the use shall <br />not impede traffic circulation and vision clearance. <br />(5) Public Right -of -way: Collection centers shall not be located in the public <br />right-of-way. <br />9.5750 Telecommunication Devices-Siting Requirements and Procedures. <br />Ordinance - 189 <br />
