(b) Where practicable, the presiding officer shall cause all presented physical <br />and documentary evidence to be marked to show the identity of the person <br />offering the evidence and to indicate whether it is presented on behalf of <br />the proponent or an opponent. <br />(c) Any member of the public shall have access to the record of the <br />proceedings at reasonable times and places. Members of the public shall <br />be entitled to obtain copies of the record at their own expense. <br />Type I Application Procedures <br />9.7100 General Overview of Type I Application Procedures The Type I process provides <br />for an administrative review of an application by the planning director based on <br />provisions in this land use code which do not require the exercise of discretion. The <br />application process does not include notice. <br />9.7105 Type I Application Re uirements and Criteria Reference. The decision of the <br />planning director is final. <br />9.7115 Notice of Decision within 5 days after the planning director renders a decision, the <br />applicant and property owner shall be notified in writing of the decision. <br />9.7120 Expiration of Temporary - Manufactured. Dwelling,-Permits _ Temporary <br />manufactured dwelling hardship permit approvals shall be valid for 12 months after <br />the effective date of approval or until the hardship ceases to exist, whichever occurs <br />first. The permittee may submit a renewal application provided the renewal <br />application is submitted not less than 45 days prior to the expiration of the currently <br />Ordinance - 292 <br />
