The provisions of EC 9.7735(2) apply to the joint planning commission hearing and decision on a proposed Metro Plan amendment. within 30 days after the joint public hearing and close of the evidentiary record, both planning commissions shall make a recommendation to their governing bodies on the proposed Metro Plan amendment. (4) Governing Body Action. within 30 days after the date the last planning commission acts on the Metro Plan amendment, the governing bodies of both affected jurisdictions shall hold a joint public hearing on the proposed amendment.
