(b) Topographic conditions are so extreme or structures exist such that it is not practical to provide required vision clearance. (c) Additional traffic control structures or facilities may be required to provide for adequate public safety. (12) Streets, Alleys, and other Public Way Standards Adjustment. As set out below, specific standards set forth in EC 9.6815 through 9.6830 pertaining to streets may be adjusted if the corresponding criteria are met.
