9.1240 Legal Pre - Existing Uses The uses listed in Table 9.1240 Legal Pre-Existing Use <br />shall be considered to be pre - existing uses. These uses may continue, and are not <br />subject to the provisions of sections 9.1200 through 9.1230. The purpose of the AG agricultural zone is to <br />allow agricultural uses within the urban growth boundary until land is converted to <br />urban development. Agricultural uses are considered interim uses until public <br />facilities and services can be provided in an economical manner and urban <br />development of the site would result in compact urban growth and sequential <br />development. <br />9.2014 Agricultural Zone Land Use and Permit Requirements.
