Retail sales and <br />personal services are allowed in the GO zone only if the use is located within a <br />building that already contains office and/or residential uses. The retail sales and <br />personal services area must be limited to 10 percent of the floor area of the <br />building. <br />(3) Drug Treatment Clinic - Non - Residential Allowance in C -2, C -3 and C -4. <br />Use is permitted on property located within a quarter of a mile of a transit route. <br />(4) Parking Areas in C -2.
