<br />9.2630 PRO Zone Land Use and Permit Requirements The following Table 9.2630 Park,
<br />Recreation and QPen S ace Zone Uses and Permit Requirements uirements identifies those uses
<br />in the PRO zone that are:
<br />(P) Permitted if use complies with special setbacks shown in Table 9.2640. If the
<br />use does not meet the special setbacks in Table 9.2640, the use maybe approved
<br />through the conditional use permit process. Shall require zone verification.
<br />(SR) Permitted, subject to an approved site review plan.
<br />(C) Subject to a conditional use permit or an approved final planned unit
<br />development.
<br />(S) Permitted, subject to the Special Development Standards for Certain Uses
<br />beginning at EC 9.5000 and zone verification.
<br />( #) The numbers in () in the table are uses that have special use limitations that are
<br />described in EC 9.2631.
<br />Entertainment and recreational uses allowed in other zones are subject to the
<br />standards set out for those zones. Any examples reflected in table 9.2640 are for
<br />informational purposes only and are not exclusive. Table 9.2630 does not indicate
<br />uses subject to Standards Review. Applicability of Standards Review procedures is
