Services provided may <br />also include meals, housekeeping, and personal care assistance. "Assisted Living" <br />does not include temporary housing or other support services for adult transitory <br />individuals. For purposes of determining residential density, if the design of the <br />facility does not contain dwellings, as defined in this land use code, then every 1.5 <br />beds equals 1 dwelling. Fractional dwellings shall be rounded to the next highest <br />integer, e.g., 2 beds equals 2 dwellings. <br />Athletic Field(s). open playing fields applicable to team- oriented sports such as <br />football, baseball, softball, soccer, rugby, field hockey, ultimate frisbee, and other <br />field -based activities. Athletic fields are distinguished from parks or playgrounds that <br />provide for a greater range of use. <br />Banner. A sign made of any non -rigid material that is not contained by an enclosing <br />framework and is allowed some freedom of movement. Any sign with a sign face of 200 square feet or greater in surface area. <br />Biofiltration. Deliberate filtering of sediments and other pollutants from stormwater <br />runoff by directing flow through a vegetated area. <br />Block. Lots, parcels, or other units of land that are surrounded on all sides by public <br />street right -of -way. <br />Block Length.
