Camping is permitted in the PRO zone for a maximum of 9 <br />continuous days and when directly tied to a special event being held in or very <br />near the camping site. A special event permit from the city is required to ensure <br />that the camping is managed in a safe manner with minimal impacts on <br />surrounding property. <br />(2) Site Review. Uses shall comply with the special setbacks in Table 9.2640. If <br />the use does not meet the special setbacks in Table 9,2640, the use may be <br />approved through the conditional use permit process. <br />(3) Conditional Use Permit Process. Uses shall comply with applicable setbacks <br />or be established with appropriate mitigation to ensure compatibility with <br />surrounding properties. <br />9.2640 PRO Zone Development Standards <br />(1) Application of Standards. In addition to applicable provisions contained <br />elsewhere in this code, the development standards listed in this section shall <br />apply to all development in the PRO zone. In cases of conflict, the standards <br />specifically applicable in the PRO zone shall apply. <br />(2) Maximum Building Height The maximum building height is 30 feet for <br />buildings within 80 feet of the property line. <br />(3) Minimum Front and Interior Yard Setbacks. The setbacks in Table 9.2640 <br />are applicable only from abutting residentially zoned parcels, including those <br />immediately across from a public right-of-way or utility easement. For other <br />abutting zones, setbacks shall be governed by the Uniform Building Code and <br />applicable sections of this code. If an abutting residentially zoned property is <br />developed adjacent to the park, (or has an approved plan to develop) with an <br />improvement type listed in Table 9.2640 PRO zone special setbacks, the setback <br />standard for a park improvement shall be waived.
