<br />Public Safety Answering Point Fund <br /> <br /> <br />Recognize $78,381 in Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) charges, and increase <br /> <br />appropriations for the Communications Center equipment. <br /> <br />Community Development Fund <br /> <br /> <br />Recognize $850,000 in HOME grant revenue, and increase appropriations for the St. Vincent <br />dePaul Stellar Apartments low-income housing development. <br /> <br />Library, Parks and Recreation Special Revenue Fund <br /> <br /> <br />Recognize $600,000 in donation revenues from Arlie and Co., and increase appropriations for <br />the Santa Clara Community Park development. <br /> <br /> <br />Recognize $140,000 in donation revenues from the Eugene Parks Foundation, and increase <br />appropriations for the Washington Park Spray Play area construction. <br /> <br />General Capital Projects Fund <br /> <br /> <br />Recognize $20,400 in Energy Efficiency & Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) for HVAC <br />upgrade projects. <br /> <br />Transportation Capital Fund <br /> <br /> <br />Recognize $203,000 in intergovernmental revenue from the Metropolitan Wastewater <br />Management Commission (MWMC) for design, permitting and construction of the recycled <br />water lines under a portion of the West Bank Trail. <br /> <br /> <br />Recognize $678,800 in ODOT grant revenue for the Fern Ridge Path project. <br /> <br /> <br />Recognize $106,000 in ODOT grant revenue for the West Bank Trail project. <br /> <br />Municipal Airport Fund <br /> <br /> <br />Increase personal services appropriations for the Police Department by $35,000 to include costs <br />for police coverage at the airport through the remainder of the fiscal year. <br /> <br />Parking Services Fund <br /> <br /> <br />Recognize $4,521,000 in URA intergovernmental revenues in the Parking Services Fund, and <br />increase debt service budget for parking garage bond refinancing by the same amount. This <br />transaction reflects the resolution adopted by the URA Board in April of 2011, authorizing the <br />urban renewal bond issuance for Lane Community College (LCC) and to refinance parking <br />garage bonds. <br /> <br />Stormwater Utility Fund <br /> <br /> <br />Recognize $76,010 in Bureau of Land Management (BLM) grant revenue for West Eugene <br />wetlands native plant restoration. <br /> <br /> <br />Recognize $700,000 in ODOT grant revenue for stormwater improvements in the vicinity of I- <br />105 viaduct and the neighborhood around Washington and Jefferson Streets. <br /> <br />Facilities Services Fund <br /> <br /> <br />Reduce balance available by $400,000 and increase appropriations for the Atrium building steam <br />heat conversion by the same amount.
