RESOLUTION NO. _____ <br />A RESOLUTION ELECTING TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUE SHARING <br />FUNDS PURSUANT TO SECTION 221.770 OF OREGON REVISED STATUTES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, A Municipal <br />Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> Section 1. The City of Eugene, Oregon, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012, elects to <br />receive distribution of funds from State Revenue Sharing pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes <br />Section 221.770. <br /> Section 2. The Finance Director is hereby requested to file a copy of this Resolution with the <br />Department of Administrative Services of the State of Oregon as prescribed by Oregon Revised <br />Statutes Section 221.770. <br /> The foregoing Resolution adopted the 27th day of June, 2011. <br />____________________________ <br />City Recorder <br />
