Councilor Taylor, seconded by Councilor Brown, moved to reappoint Stephan Flanagan <br />to Position 7, a neutral representative on the Toxics Board, for a three-year term <br />beginning on July 1, 2011, and ending on June 30, 2014. <br /> <br />Councilor Farr stated that once again, Ward 6 would be underrepresented on City boards and <br />commissions due to a lack of applicants. He joined Councilor Poling in encouraging more people to <br />apply. He noted that one Ward 6 applicant was bypassed in the process. <br /> <br />.Roll call vote: The motion passed unanimously, 8:0 <br /> <br />Whilamut Natural Area Citizen Planning Committee <br /> <br />Councilor Taylor, seconded by Councilor Brown, moved to reappoint William Hughes to <br />Position 1 on the Whilamut Natural Area Citizen Planning Committee, for a three-year <br />term beginning on July 1, 2011, and ending on June 30, 2014.
