The R -2 ra erty. includes 0.44 <br />p P <br />acres of land.located on the west side of River Road, north of Lindner lane and south of <br />Maynard Avenue identified as Tax Lot 4502, Assessor's Map 17 04 13 - 33. The property <br />is surrounded on three sides by.open fields comprising approximately nine acres that . <br />here once part of the''agricultural operations of the Brunner Commercial Dryer. The <br />sr rrounding land .is not included in this application and is in separate ownership. <br />The proposed historic name is considered appropriate as it reflects-the ownership•and <br />management of the property as associated with the Brunner and Schmitz families, . <br />• oWners for the past 84 years.
