A hold harmless <br />agreement must be ignttl� hostlsponsor of the event and a certificate of <br />insurance must be reiv�" d� I Ify of Eugene prior to the event, naming the City of <br />Eugene as additional insured. Any exception to the form of coverage or limits must be <br />authorized by Risk Servjces. <br />Insurance coverage maye purchased through the City of Eugene's Special Event <br />Liability Insurance Policy.
