No sensitive or confidential City information should ever be <br />stored on personally -owned electronic devices and media or any cloud based storage. <br />4.4.5 Electronic Media Disposal Procedures <br />Prior to any change of ownership of computers, electronic media and electronic devices <br />must be sanitized by using software that is compliant with Department of Defense <br />standards (DQD 5220.22 -M). The following disposal procedures should be adhered to: <br />• All computers housed or maintained by Regional Information.
