Mr. Poling expressed appreciation for Mr. <br />Gissiner’s hard work. <br /> <br />Mr. Pryor agreed with Ms. Taylor about the use of “successful” in the rating system. He suggested <br />“unsatisfactory” or “unsuccessful” be added to the form. <br /> <br />Speaking to the mayor’s invitation to ask the council for help, Mr. Gissiner briefly noted the challenge <br />created by existing Oregon laws that limited the release of information and acknowledged the challenge <br />of changing those laws.
