Analyze formal and informal <br />cooperation among sectors with disproportionate impact on <br />regional sustainability and prosperity goals; then recommend new <br />public resources that increase identified clustering advantages. <br />Development of Brownfield redevelopment program to create <br />industrial infill opportunities.
