Develop recommended strategies for <br />building organizational capacity in support of more sustainable <br />outcomes. <br /> Public Info/Invo None. For information only. <br /> Products Organizational development strategies in support of <br /> <br /> <br />sustainability. Focus on sharing new decision-making models <br />and ideas to redefine the region. <br /> Lead Agency/Staff LCOG Project Manager and Project Management Team with LCOG <br />support <br /> Other Participants Consortium members <br /> Timing Months 30+ Ongoing throughout the grant <br />Task 8.3 Leadership Capacity <br /> Purpose To develop a program for building regional leadership in <br />sustainability. <br /> Goal(s) High capacity of staff, organizations, and leaders to promote <br /> <br /> <br />and implement sustainability in our region. <br /> Activities Develop a draft leadership-building program based on findings to- <br />date. Present to public- and private-sector regional leadership <br />groups for review and discussion. Prepare final program outline <br />and supporting materials. Identify current training and leadership <br />development venues for potential integration or enhancement of <br />existing programs. <br /> Public Info/Invo Outreach to existing leadership programs in the region. <br /> Products Leadership in Sustainability Program outline and supporting <br /> <br /> <br />materials. <br /> Lead Agency/Staff LCOG Project Manager and Project Management Team with LCOG <br />support <br /> Other Participants Consortium members <br /> Timing Months 30+ Ongoing throughout the grant <br />Task 8.4 Toolkit Chapter 4 <br /> Purpose To document capacity building framework, strategies, and tools to <br />ensure ongoing learning and development.
