This Ordinance shall be known as the "Comprehensive Zoning Plan of the City -of Eugene"'. B. This Ordinance shall consist of the text hereof and the map .. _ entitled "Eugene Oregon Zoning Reap 3 Part of the Comprehensive Zoning • Plan" , and identified by the approving signatures of the Idayor, the President • of the Planning Commission and the City Recorder of this .:.. ' City. • If any conflict between said map and this ordinance should arise the text _ of this Ordinance will prevail. :r SECTION II, PURPOSE A.
