B. PARKING SPACE REQUIRED - <br />:There 'shall be '.at least one permanently reserved parking space <br />or a private garage on the. same lot, or attached to or made a part <br />of the main building. Such parking space shall be not less than <br />eight - (8 ) feet pride and eighteen (18 feet long. The parking . space. <br />or garage shall be provided at the time of the erection of the main <br />building , and . it shall have adequate provisions for ingress and <br />egress 'by standard size automobiles. <br />jr <br />C . -SIGNS : <br />Signs and name plates may be installed as follows: <br />19 One (1) name plate not exceeding one and one --half (1 <br />square feet in-area for each dwelling unit, indicating the name of <br />the occupant, or the occupation in the case of A.: s13. ,b. (above). <br />3± <br />.2. One (1) sign not exceeding twelve (12) square feet in area <br />for buildings other than dwellings. <br />s <br />3 One sign not exceeding sz.. HEIG14T <br />- <br />;No building or structure nor the enlargement of any building <br />or structure shall be hereafter erected to exceed two and one -half <br />-' <br />(2 or more than thirty --five (35 ) feet in height , except <br />hospitals public schools , or churches which may be increased in <br />height to three (3) stories or forty - --five (45) feet. single - family <br />dwellings -may be increased to three (3 ) stories or forty --five (45) <br />feet; provided the side yards are increased to . twenty (2G) percent <br />of the . lot - width but not necessarily greater than twenty (20) feet . <br />In no case , however, ' s hall the side yard for three (3) story dwell - <br />ings .be less than twelve (12)-feet. <br />E. AREA = <br />1. Size of lot. Residential lots shall have a minimum average <br />width of sixty G feet, and the minimum lot area per dwelling <br />shall be six thousand (6, 000) square feet, except that where a lot <br />has an average width of less than sixty ( feet and an area of less <br />than six thousand (6,000) square feet at the time this Ordinance <br />became effective, such lot ray be occupied by any use permitted in <br />this section. <br />�10_ <br />
