Resolution Concerning State Shared Revenues <br /> <br /> Res. No. 4527--A resolution certifying that the City of Eugene provides the municipal services required by Oregon <br />Revised Statues, Section 221.760, in order to receive State Shared Revenues. <br /> <br />Ms. Nathanson requested that approval of minutes of the City Council April 28, 1997, Dinner Work Session, and April 30, 1997, Lunch Work <br />Session be removed from the Consent Calendar for dicsussion and amendments. <br /> <br />Mr. Farr moved, seconded by Ms. Nathanson, to approve the rest of the items on the City Council Consent <br />Calendar, as amended. Roll call vote. The motion was adopted unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />Ms. Nathanson requested that the first sentence in the ninth paragraph on page five of the minutes of the April 28, 1997, Dinner Work Session <br />of the City Council be amended, as follows: <br /> <br />Ms. Nathanson asked if the council could decide to eliminate organization was developing options which <br />could eliminate some programs in an accelerated fashion to enable other programs to continue longer. <br /> <br />Mayor Torrey determined there were no objections Ms. Nathanson’s suggested amendments. <br /> <br />Mr. Farr moved, seconded by Ms. Nathanson, to approve the minutes of the April 28, 1997, Dinner Work Session <br />of the City Council, as amended.
