RESOLUTION NO. `% <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SITE DISPOSITION POLICY <br />FOR THE LANDBANKING PROGRAM OIL THE CITY OF EUGENE. <br />The City Counci of the City of Eu( elne finds teat <br />1. The City of Eugene presently owns real property acquired <br />for the purposes of implementing the Housing Dispersal Policy Plan. <br />These parcels, mostly acquired through federal fundiiiE-1, may be-come <br />available for private development to accomplish public purposes or <br />be exchanged for other tracts of real property, better suited for <br />City development. <br />2.
