On the basis of these findings, and the findings in Administrative Order No. 52 -11- <br />02, I order that, effective October 29, 2011, a Fire/EMS out-of-area. person response fee of <br />$4 is the fee that may be charged when Fire or EMS personnel respond to vehicular <br />accident incidents involving out-of-area persons who are not members of FireMed or a <br />reciprocating FireMed program. "Out -of -area person" as defined by EC 2.610 means persons <br />residing outside of the cities of Eugene and Springfield and any special district which contracts <br />with the cities of Eugene or Springfield to provide their fire service. <br />Dated this day of October, 2011. <br />Jon R.
