Seeing no one who wished to speak, Councilor Bettman <br /> closed the public hearing. <br /> <br /> Councilor Poling, seconded by Councilor Nathanson, moved to adopt Re- <br /> solution 1030 adopting a Supplemental Budget; making appropriations <br /> for the Urban Renewal Agency of Eugene for the Fiscal year Beginning <br /> Julyl, 2003, and ending June 30, 2004. PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION: <br /> Resolution 1031 of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene Adopting the <br /> Budget, Making Appropriations, and Declaring the Amount of Tax to be Received for <br /> the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2004, and Ending June 20, 2005 <br /> <br />Mr. Taylor explained that this was the Urban Renewal Agency budget for Fiscal Year 2005. <br /> <br />Ms. Murdoch stated that this was the same budget that had been presented to the Budget Committee, <br />except for the addition of $747,960 in capital carryover. She said the total budget for urban renewal was <br />$12.8 million and one of its major activities would be to repay the Chiquita loan made for the federal <br />courthouse site. <br /> <br />Councilor Bettman opened the public hearing.
