<br /> Redevelopment of Centre Court building. The Agency provided loans to Beam Properties Eugene LLC
<br />for redevelopment of the Centre Court building in downtown Eugene. The loans were funded through a
<br />US Housing & Urban Development Section 108 Loan and a Brownfields Economic Development Initiative
<br />Grant.
<br /> Redevelopment of the former Woolworth Site. The Agency provided a loan to Woolworth Properties for
<br />redevelopment of a vacant lot next to the Centre Court building in Downtown Eugene.
