Gender, race and age <br />were all analyzed. Despite the increased number of offenses following the adoption of the DPSZ <br />Ordinance, there has not been a disproportionate impact on the gender of the offenders. Males, who <br />committed 82.5 percent of all offenses in the DPSZ, increased by 6.6 percent the number of offenses they <br />committed in the three-year period after the start of the program.
