Looking at 2011 (January 1 – November 30), 18 total <br />exclusions were granted in the month of September, compared to 9 in 2010 and 7 in 2009. Three <br />exclusions occurred in March of 2011, (the lowest of any month in the period), compared to 5 in 2010 <br />and 1 in 2009. Throughout the three-years the DPSZ ordinance has been in effect, the use of exclusion <br />orders for chronic, repeat offenders has been applied sparingly. <br />Page 4 of 17 <br /> <br />
