ACTION: <br />Adoption of Resolution 1063 Acknowledging Receipt of the Annual Financial Report of the <br />Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene, Oregon, for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, <br />2011 <br /> <br /> <br />City Manager Jon Ruiz reported that the City’s audit firm, Isler CPA, had completed its audit of the <br />agency for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, and issued a clean opinion, which indicated the <br />information was accurate and reliable. The auditors found nothing that suggested the agency was not in <br />compliance with applicable laws and regulations. He asked the City Council, acting as the Board of <br />Directors of the Urban Renewal Agency, to adopt the resolution. <br /> <br />Councilor Brown, seconded by Councilor Poling, moved to adopt Resolution 1063 <br />acknowledging receipt of the Annual Financial Report for the Urban Renewal Agency of <br />the City of Eugene for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011.
