Call to Order and Review Agenda <br /> <br />Mr. Poling called the meeting of the Council Committee on Intergovernmental Relations (CCIGR) to order. <br />Ms. Wilson joined the meeting from Salem via Skype. <br /> <br />Ms. Wilson noted that some of the bills on the list of bills pulled by committee members were dead. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Ms. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Poling, move to approve the February 1, 2012, minutes as <br />submitted. The motion passed unanimously, 2:0. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Review Pending Legislation <br /> <br /> <br />The committee reviewed a list of bills pulled from pending legislation by committee members for further <br />discussion. Committee votes, if any, are recorded below: <br /> <br />House Bill 4057 (pulled by Taylor) <br /> <br />Ms. Wilson indicated the bill was dead and would be “gut and stuffed” with another bill the City was <br />monitoring because it was not anticipated to have an impact on City operations. The committee took no <br />action on the bill. <br /> <br />House Bill 4090 (pulled by Poling)—no change <br /> <br />House Bill 4130 (pulled by Taylor) <br /> <br />Ms. Wilson indicated the bill was dead.
