<br />ATTACHMENT C <br />ORDINANCE NO. _______ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REDESIGNATE AND REZONE “THE REXIUS <br />SITE” BY: AMENDING THE EUGENE-SPRINGFIELD METROPOLITAN <br />AREA GENERAL PLAN DIAGRAM; AND AMENDING THE EUGENE <br />ZONING MAP. <br /> <br /> <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br /> Section 1. <br /> The Metro Plan Diagram is hereby amended to change the land use <br />designation from Light-Medium Industrial to Low-Density Residential, for the properties <br />identified as: the southern 54 feet of Tax Lot 1600, Assessor’s Map 17-04-34-41; and <br />the northern 54 feet of Tax Lot 100, Tax Assessor’s Map 17-04-34-40, as depicted on <br />Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2. <br /> The Metro Plan Diagram is hereby amended to change the land use <br />designation from Light-Medium Industrial to Medium-Density Residential for the <br />properties identified as: Tax Lots 3501, 3502, 3515, 3516, 3600 and the east 234 feet of <br />Tax Lot 3200, Assessor’s Map 17-04-34-42; Tax Lot 1400 and the west 840.9 feet and <br />north 20 feet of the east 273 feet of Tax Lot 1500 along with the north 141.55 feet of the <br />west 840.9 feet of Tax Lot 1600, Assessor’s Map 17-04-34-41, as depicted on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br />The Metro Plan Diagram is hereby amended to change the land use <br />designation from Light-Medium Industrial to Commercial for the properties identified as: <br />the east 273 feet of Tax Lots 1500 and 1600, except for the north 20 feet of Tax Lot <br />1500 and the south 54 feet of Tax Lot 1600, Assessor’s Map 17-04-34-41, as depicted <br />on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> The Eugene Zoning Map is hereby amended to change the zone <br /> <br />from I-2 Light-Medium Industrial to R-1 Low Density Residential for the properties <br />identified as: the southern 54 feet of Tax Lot 1600, Assessor’s Map 17-04-34-41; and <br />the northern 54 feet of Tax Lot 100, Assessor’s Map 17-04-34-40, as depicted on <br />Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br />The Eugene Zoning Map is hereby amended to change the zone <br /> <br />from I-2 Light-Medium Industrial zone to R-2 Medium-Density Residential with the /PD <br />Planned Unit Development Overlay Zone for the properties identified as: Tax Lots 3501, <br />3502, 3515, 3516, 3600 and the east 234 feet of Tax Lot 3200, Assessor’s Map 17-04- <br />34-42; the west 840.9 feet and north 20 feet of the east 273 feet of Tax Lot 1500 and <br />the north 141.55 feet of the west 840.9 feet of Tax Lot 1600, Assessor’s Map 17-04-34- <br />41, as depicted on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Ordinance - Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
