Home <br />occupations which do not comply with the conditions of approval shall not receive <br />extended approval, or for which a request for renewal is not received pursuant to this <br />Section, shall not receive extended approval by the Director, and the Director shall mail <br />written notice of the decision not to extend the approval to the applicant and the owner of <br />the property upon which the home occupation is located. <br /> (c)More intensive farm use than those specified in LC 16.231(2)(g) <br />above. <br /> (d) Transportation facilities and uses as specified in LC 16.265(3)(n) <br />through (q). <br /> (4) Uses Subject to Hearings Official Approval. The following uses and <br />activities are permitted subject to prior submittal of an application pursuant to LC 14.050 <br />and subject to Hearings Official approval pursuant to LC 14.300 and the general <br />provisions and criteria specified by this chapter of Lane Code: <br /> (a) Animal hospitals. <br /> (b) Commercial breeding kennel. <br /> (c)Commercial kennel. <br /> (d) Campgrounds, camping vehicle parks, tourist parks. <br /> (e)Cemeteries. <br /> (f) Churches. <br /> (g) Group care home. <br /> (h) Day care nurseries. <br /> (i) Golf courses. <br /> (j) Lodges and grange halls. <br /> (k) Nursing homes. <br /> (l) Parks, playgrounds, community centers. <br /> (m) Public and private schools. <br /> (n) Radio and television transmission facilities. <br /> (o) Solid waste management. <br /> (p) Stables, riding academies and commercial riding. <br /> (q) Storage facilities for boats and recreational vehicles. <br /> (r)Sewage treatment facilities. <br /> (s)Dams, water storage facilities; power generation or transmission <br />facilities; electric transmission lines which require a right-of-way of 25 feet in width or <br />wider; canals, flumes and pipelines; flood control facilities and irrigation projects. <br /> (t)Fish and wildlife habitat management and any accessory uses, <br />including a dwelling or mobile home. <br /> (u) An expansion of a mobile home park meeting the requirements of a <br />permitted use under LC 16.231(2)(n) above and which does not exceed 50 percent of the <br />number of mobile home spaces lawfully existing as of February 29, 1984; provided the <br />expansion includes adequate provisions for access to and within the mobile home park <br />and provided adequate provisions are made for sewerage and potable water. <br /> (v)A mobile home park on property for which a conditional use permit <br />for: a mobile home park had previously been approved by Lane County and not denied <br />on appeal to the State; provided: <br /> (i)The previous conditional use permit was approved after <br />January 1, 1982. <br /> (ii)The proposed mobile home park is not substantially different <br />than the one previously approved in LC 16.231(4)(v)(i) above. <br />16-343 <br />LC16.229_234 <br />
