The amendments included repealing the provisions of EC 2.280 that <br />created four Human Rights Commission subcommittees, and replacing them with provisions that <br />authorize the Human Rights Commission to establish short- term, as needed, working groups to <br />help achieve the Commission's work plan goals. <br />Due to the amendment of EC 2.280, the entries for the Human Rights Commission <br />Agenda Committee and the three Human Rights Commission Standing Committees referenced in <br />EC 2.013 should have been repealed. <br />Please effect a scrivener error correction so that the following entries are removed from <br />EC 2.013: <br />Human Rights Commission - Agenda Committee <br />No. of Members: 5 (The Chairperson and Vice - Chairperson <br />from the Human Rights Commission and the <br />Chairperson or representative from each <br />standing committee) <br />Appointment Process: Election by the Commission and each standing <br />committee <br />Term: During the term of office that provides <br />membership on the Agenda Committee <br />Authority: EC 2.280 <br />
