Neighborhood Livability Working Group <br />Costs and Potential Resources <br /> Costs for a CPTED evaluation are low, requiring only staff hours to complete. <br /> Costs to the City for implementation of CPTED recommendations would be low, as a large portion of the <br />necessary changes would be on private property. Potential costs incurred by the City of Eugene could be <br />low to medium depending on the outcome of the evaluation. <br /> <br />Issues to Consider <br />Potential barriers should be low, as most environmental fixes to private and public property should be relatively <br />low-cost.
